We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
You will receive your tracking number in your order dispatch email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Each item is made to order to reduce waste, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. You will receive an email with your estimated dispatch date.
Shipping time estimates (may vary depending on the shipping services provider in the destination country):
Domestic Shipping (within the UK): 2-3 days
International Shipping: 3-10 days

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
You can return your item if it is in their original form (not worn, altered, washed). Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Polosophia hanging tags.
Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, are soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will only be returned to you, if you cover for the shipping. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Polosophia Ltd.
Product Colours and Materials
We have made every effort to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. Polsophia Ltd cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colours of items. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact email@example.com prior to placing your order.
Materials used can slightly vary from the displayed images, due to production process.
All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
After you have notified us about the return, you have 14 days to send it to us for it to be eligible for a refund. Any returns sent after the 14 days period will not be refunded.
Please send your returns to the address found on your copy of the purchase invoice.
Once we receive your return you will receive a refund. Please allow 5-7 business working days for refunds to be processed.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions, including sample sales.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately, all customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes length alterations and selecting your own fabric combinations.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
If for some reason the item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note the colour or textile surface may differ slightly in each production run. This does not constitute as a valid reason for a return.
